HORSES, HORSES EVERYWHERE...............

Following a very enjoyable (but wet) day at Bicton Arena on 8th March, covering action for the East Devon Hunt Pony Club Hunter Trials on behalf of James Pyne Photography, I was thrilled to be invited back to cover another event.

This time, it was 3 exceptionally busy days for the Affiliated Show Jumping (SWSJC) event held over the Easter weekend.

I would like to sincerely thank Jim & Jeanette Pyne for taking me on board as a member of their team. I was made very welcome and immediately felt part of the 'family'! I learned a great deal and gained lots of invaluable advice from the other photographers, course builders and riders. Plus, I had lots of fun at the same time (that's real job satisfaction)

The following weekend (18th & 19th April) I was invited to join the team at the prestigious Powderham Castle Horse Trials. Unlike last year, the weather was exceptionally good and I enjoyed 2 very busy days shooting some of the best event horses and riders in the world (including some of the British Olympic Team members). It was a real honour to play a part in the photographic coverage of this wonderful event.
